1. Free US Shipping
Interior-Objects offers free ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS ground) on orders over $99 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
There are a few exceptions:
- Special order, oversized, fragile, and heavy items shipping freight (please see Point 5 below)
- Items with a shipping surcharge (please see Point 5 below)
- Orders under $99 (charged a $14.99 flat rate)
- Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please see Point 2 below)

2. Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
Interior-Objects offers standard or expedited shipping options to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. The shipping costs will be presented after your shipping address is entered during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply on items shipped by freight (please see Point 5 below).
Items shipping to remote or limited access areas may have longer transit times.
3. Shipping to Canada
Interior-Objects offers Canada ground or expedited shipping options to Canada. The shipping costs include brokerage fees and do not include taxes or customs duties. These are listed at checkout and collected along with your order payment. All pricing displayed across the site is in US Dollars.
Additional shipping charges may apply on items shipped by freight (please see Point 5 below).

4. Expedited Shipping
Interior-Objects offers expedited shipping options on most items shipping UPS, FedEx or USPS. The expedited shipping options and cost will be presented after your shipping address is entered during checkout if the item is eligible. Items that are shipping by freight do not have the option to be expedited.
Choosing an expedited shipping option will only speed up the transit time of a package. This does not speed up the lead time/processing time of the order. Lead times/processing times vary by manufacturer and are estimated based on product availability and how long it takes to assemble and package the order before it ships. These times are shown on the product page, in your shopping cart and during checkout for each item.
5. Shipping Charges & Freight Shipping Options
Shipping Surcharges
Some manufacturers require the addition of a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges are added to cover the costs of performing certain service levels outside the basic shipping method. When applicable, the shipping surcharge is shown on the product page, in your shopping cart, and during checkout.
Freight Shipping Options
Special order, oversized, fragile, and heavy items may need to be shipped by freight, and a freight cost will be applied. The freight shipping options and cost will be presented after your shipping address is entered during checkout.

Curbside Delivery
We are currently working on this Point to provide best service for out customers!
With our standard Curbside Delivery, your items will be delivered right outside of your residence or business – for example, to your front sidewalk, driveway, or porch. This does not include delivery to indoor locations or above the first floor and it does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging. This option is great for large light fixtures and small freight items.
First Threshold Delivery
We are currently working on this Point to provide best service for out customers!
With First Threshold Delivery, your items will be brought into your home, just inside the garage, front door, or side door on a pallet. This does not include delivery above the first floor and it does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging. This option is great for customers wanting heavier items brought inside.
Room of Choice
We are currently working on this Point to provide best service for out customers!
With Room of Choice Delivery, your items will be brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice. This does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging. This option is great for heavy items being delivered to apartments and condominiums that have elevators and stairs.
