Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed directly online. However, you may contact our Customer Service team to request changes. While we will make our best efforts to accommodate your request, please note that it may not always be possible to stop or modify an order that is already in process.
Non-Returnable Items:
Many products are marked as non-returnable and cannot be cancelled. These products will be clearly identified on the product page and on your order confirmation. If you have any concerns or questions, our Customer Service team will work with you to clarify your options.
Made-to-Order, Custom, and Special Orders:
Orders for Made-to-Order, Custom, or Special Order products that are customized to your specifications cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests may take several days to process. You will receive an email notification once your cancellation is confirmed. If your order ships before the cancellation is confirmed, you will need to submit a Return Authorization Request after receiving the item. A refund will be issued according to our standard Return Process.
Change Orders:
Change orders generally follow the same procedure as cancellation requests, and the same guidelines apply.
